Our Previous Work: Biodiversity Units in Yorkshire – Transforming Yorkshire’s Landscape

In 2019, all three directors spearheaded a remarkable project: the transformation of our land in the Yorkshire Dales. This non-profit, self-funded initiative focused on creating diverse woodland and river-based ecosystems. By reimagining the landscape, we contributed to biodiversity conservation and climate resilience.

The Power of high integrity Habitat Networks:

Habitat Exchange’s work extends beyond individual projects. We recognize the importance of habitat networks—interconnected patches of native woodland. These networks allow species to spread, adapt, and thrive. Our commitment to long-term planning aligns with climate change adaptation strategies.

Support of our social media is appreciated, will raise awareness of our work and hopefully enable us to implement existing and future projects quickly.
